Here's our quick overview of the agenda for today. We'll be giving you a short overview of what Motive are, who we are and what we do, and going through a short demo of the platform, hopping through next steps and leave with an open q and a. When I give a quick intro for me and my friend Michael here. My name is Haley. I head up the technical product marketing team at Motive. And Michael is a a member of our stellar sales engineering team. He is really an expert of our product functionality and will be joining us later to answer your questions. So let's start with Motive, who we are and what we do. Our motion our mission is to empower you with tools that make your work safer, more productive, and more profitable. It is a big mission that takes us all over North America, to ensure we solve your biggest problem at the highest quality way possible. As we all know, there's many headwinds in the market. You're facing higher input costs than ever. Fuel maintenance and insurance costs are at generation high, and you're facing tight tightest labor market in decades. Millions of people have left the labor forces as our population ages. And no matter what industry you're in, training and retaining employees is a universal challenge that everyone is facing. And last but not the least, there's really epidemic of, distracted on unsafe driving behaviors that can lead to really tragic consequences. There were almost 50,000 road fatalities last year at all time high and nearly 55 work site deaths. Additionally, legacy fleet technology is really fragmented, resulting in less safe operations and lost productivity. Having safety operations and finance team in one integrated system powered by AI, is really what something our our customers looking for. Managing their drivers, vehicles, equipments, and fleet limited spends in one place. This is why our customer turned to Motive. We provide a lot of values. As you can see here, our our customers reduce accidents by 57%, increase productivity by 35%, and profitability by $3,400,000. So now we're gonna flip it to our integrated platform, to show you a live demo. Stop sharing here and share our demo. Alright. Now you're seeing the Motive platform. We're gonna start with driver safety. Motive uses industry's most accurate AI to monitor and protect your drivers, giving you the tools to prevent accidents and reduce risk. Our driver safety product is built on our AI dashcam and AI OmniCam, which provides real time visibility on the road, inside the cab, and around the vehicle. Our AI dashcam can proactively detect over 15 unsafe driving behaviors. Let's take a look at a few examples. In this event, you can see AI are detecting a close fall following event where the driver is tailgating a vehicle too closely. And in this event, you notice we're detecting cell phone usage, and our AI is extremely accurate even when drivers try to conceal it. And here we have a stop sign violation. Stop sign violation is actually extremely hard to detect accurately because of sign detection at intersection and common use of stop signs on logos and graphics. So having accuracy in AI is critical at preventing accidents before they can happen. And the Virginia Tech Transportation Institute find that Motive detects unsafe driving behaviors 3 to 4 times more accurately than our competitors. Now I wanna show you just one more event on this page for collision. Here we can see, it's a pretty serious collision event. Motive leads the industry in collision detection, identifying 99% of high severity accidents within seconds. Safety managers are alerted immediately with videos and collision reports like this, capturing included critical details like license plates and helps roadside acceleration and ins insurance claims. In Motive, you can also get a total control over your safety program with customizable event detection and in cab alerts. You can choose which unsafe behavior to detect, ensuring that you aren't exposed to unnecessary liability and your specific driving scenarios are accurately captured. For example, I can set an in cab alerts to warn drivers before a safety event is triggered and saved to the dashboard, allowing drivers to sub correct. These advanced controls enable you to fully customize threshold settings for each safety event. Excuse me. Let's head back to our safety hub. In our safety hub, you get a complete visibility of your driver performance, including the fleet overall safety score, trends, and top behaviors impacting the score. You also get a performance leaderboard so you can identify the best and the worst driving worst performing drivers. We all know safety leaders don't just wanna be the bad guy, so we wanna help companies build a framework to incentivizing positive driving habits and a way to determine who to focus the coaching time on. Speaking of coaching, instead of coaching one event at a time, it is easy to coach those who needs improvement virtually through the driver app or in person during coaching sessions. You can start a coaching session and get a holistic view of the driver's coachable events, unsafe driving patterns, and coaching history. Driver can also review the their events and safety score in app to self coach. The top performing fleets in our customer base have reduced accidents by 90% and decreased safety incident incidents across all major unsafe behaviors. Customers have reduced accident related costs by 30% and insurance costs by 21%. Now let's take a look at FleetView and how Motive can help the fleet managers improve their fleet management. Our vehicle gateway offers the lowest latency GPS tracking in the industry with data refreshing every 1 to 3 seconds. You can see all your drivers' vehicles, in one place in a single dashboard and overlay it with information like traffic and weather. The fleet managers can also use enter follow mode to follow the crew on the road in real time. It is super useful to track critical deliveries and high value assets. You can also check on your drivers with live streaming. Your drivers are notified when streaming starts and stops. Our customers like to use this functionality to help drivers navigate unfamiliar places or to observe critical deliveries to make sure things go as planned. With the real time visibility, you can also get a a historical context on every single trip. This allows you to make informed planning decisions and easily validate service completion. So with Motive, customers improve their visibility in their fleet operations and cut down time spent on tasks, like tracking and dispatching by 50%. Let's take a look at compliance. In the Motive compliance hub, it really puts you control over all your compliance related tasks from driver logs to trips and inspections. Motive highlights severe HOS violations, form and manner errors, and top drivers with log issues, so to help you prioritize corrective action. Managing unidentified trips is also easy with Motive. With a dual facing AI dashcam, face match uses advanced AI to accurately identify drivers using dashcam images. This results in fewer HOS violations, fewer inspection issues, and less time spent keeping your fleet and drivers on the road. Motive also helps you identify precise ways to trim your fuel expenses, giving you insight into efficiency and utilization of your vehicle. Extending from your coaching and safety, you can easily identify correct field wasting behaviors like over RPM, heartbreaking, and average speed so you can work with your drivers to boost fuel efficiency and save money. You can also easily get a live view of which vehicles are idling and whether it's productive or nonproductive, giving you another way to impact fuel saving behaviors. Motive customers are able to reduce fuel cost by 10% with just a few simple tools. Next is compliance. Managing compliance is also super easy with inspections and scheduled service in one place. You can filter to inspection reports by status to identify vehicles needing urgent attention and set up reminders. You can also avoid unexpected costs and downtime by add proactively adding a schedule to monitor fault codes and driver reported defects. Proactive maintenance can lead to reduction in costs up to 20%, but also improve vehicle availability and efficiency. Now my favorite topic, Motive Cards. Motive Card is an integrated solution that allows you to unify your fleet and spend management in one place. In the same dashboard you are managing your fleet, you can see a accurate spending in real time and spot trends quickly and easily. Similar to driver safety, you can also customize your loaded car spend. In the settings page, you can set rules covering times that the cars can be used, like only during driver ship hours, set limits, and categories the cardholders can spend on. So for example, as a admin, I can set it to only be limited to be spent on fuel, but only at fuel pump. Now we know fraud is can be a real issue for many police, and it's really hard to detect at scale. Many customers used to, go through hours of transaction reports just to, identify suspicious stent. But Motive can help you identify them automatically. As we can see here, combining telematics, tracking, and spend data in one place is a very unique and powerful opportunity. For example, you can spot a transaction taking place in the location that's different from the vehicle is being reported or the amount of fuel entering the tank is different from the volume being reported on the card. Additionally, we know we can't always rely on our customer oh, sorry, our drivers, to fill up in the cheapest place every time. This is where missed saving functionality come into play. Miss savings can help you identify where and when the customers that so excuse me. The drivers are paying more for fuel, where they could have spent, and save your business instead. So for example, our driver, Nicholas Garcia, is spending more on fuel where they need to be. He's filling up at pilot flying j where he could have, saved by filling up in a cheaper place instead, which is only 0.5 mile away. Imagine having the impact of this data across your entire fleet and using it to coach new drivers. This will really help you reduce fuel cost at scale. The Motive card is also a Mastercard, so your cardholders can use it to make payments anywhere Mastercard is accepted. You can get discount at over 25 location 25,000 locations nationwide with no hidden fees. Here I'm gonna show you just a few examples where you can get the most discount. For example, Luvs, 711, and Exxon. We also make it super easy for drivers to find the best savings in their driver app on the road. Finally, we know that reporting can be a huge menu task that can consume hours of time. By integrating Fed Management, into Motive dashboard, we can automate complex reporting tasks like IFTA. This means you can complete filing in seconds and then limiting hours of manual work. Admin can download the report in PDF and CSV and go on with their day. So with motive cars, our customers have increased productivity by 7%, reduced fraud by 5%, and with our discounted partners throughout the nation, reduce costs also up to 5%. This is the end of the motive platform in intro demo. I'm gonna stop sharing my screen and talk about next steps. So for our next steps, we will be sharing you can download a few of our documents in the document tab on the right hand side. And, I believe we can jump to q and a. Okay. Michael, are you there? Hello. There we go. Hi. Oh, thank you for joining, Michael. I believe we have a few questions. I'm gonna read them out loud and let me know, the answers. So our first question is, does this integrate with close play close pay? Excuse me. I believe it's referring to the motive cards. Okay. Yeah. And that's actually a great question. We have a marketplace available within Motive that allows for our customers to, you know, immediately integrate, just through a few clicks. I'm not familiar with Ghostblade if that's it is a, current next goes to my dog. Sorry. Current partner. But that being said, we do have an open API and can, integrate data with pretty much any third party provider. It just be maybe a matter of us contacting them and, figuring out the, the connectors to use. Awesome. Next question is, can you download videos from the camera front, rear, and side to review prior to the accident? Yeah. Absolutely. So at the time of an accident, an event is captured. When that event is captured, it's gonna automatically capture, you know, prior 20 seconds of the event, the time of the event, and then after the event. If you want to do additional historical research on that, yeah, you can go in and request video, back for hours before the event if you'd like to do that. That's great. Next question is, are there any known issues with integration with multiple vehicle brands such as Vanhoo, MCI, and TEMSA? Yeah. So, kind of going to the back of the integration store you know, integration, answer earlier. We may not have integrations with every vehicle brand out there, as far as API. Now as far as connecting to the vehicle, if that's what you're talking about integration, we have not run into specific make and model concerns. Generally speaking, if you connect to a vehicle, you'll be able to connect to that vehicle. So usually not an issue what whether it make as long as it is a, you know, a diagnostic equipped, on highway vehicle, connection is usually not an issue at all. Great. Next question. Also from Michael, are there any oh, sorry. I've re answered that. What is the speed threshold for accident notification for passenger vehicles? So you can set various thresholds for the events trigger, and that could be configured based on, you know, your individual company requirements. But anytime that we do detect an accident, that can be via, the telematics device selecting an impact or it can be our AI that detects it, we'll notify and create that event and make sure that you've got, you know, access to that. So, again, it is configurable based on your individual fleet operations. Alright. A question, can you pull historical videos through the dashboard? Yes. Yeah. Absolutely. So just, as I mentioned before, you know, researching after an accident, you can also do that with any vehicle for any reason. You have the ability within Motive to go in and not only pull, you know, 1, 2, and 3 minute video clips, you can also go back 15, 30, and 60 minute and get time lapse video. So if you're trying to do a research on a historical event, you can pull, say, a 60 minute time lapse, view it in 1 minute to be able to be very easily focused down to the area that you want the detailed video and then pull that detailed video as well. Yep. Sky is a limit here. I think that's all the questions I see. Okay. What differentiates you from Samsara and their functionality? In every thing. No. Samsara is a very solid competitor. We face them often, but, you know, we do have reference to our VTTI study, which was a Virginia Tech Institute that did a head to head comparison. You know, just across the board in that study, we were over 4 times accurate more accurate on our AI detection. And just, you know, a matter of, the investment we've put into our AI is multiple times out of what, you know, we see with Samsera and in real world head to head. Again, you know, Samsera is a good competitor. That being said, historically, when we go in, we just are better at identifying both identifying AI events and not false, identifying events. One of the things that Haley did not talk about is we do have our, annotations team as well. So every AI triggered event that is captured by I our AI goes to a team that reviews it manually and then validates whether those conditions existed or not just to eliminate, you know, somebody having to sit in front of a computer and watch videos all day long on your team. Yeah. Thank you, Michael. I think that answers one of the questions that just come up. Is some is someone reviewing the AI events before they got released to the customer dashboard? And the answer is yeah. What is the estimated amount of time it would take me to set this up, for 30 trucks? Yep. You know, that's a good question. It's really kind of up to you your aptitude, your ability. Getting up and rolling is literally a matter of minutes. Now, you know, conducting the training and, you know, getting fully competent in the system, you know, that could take a little bit longer. But to actually get data coming in from the vehicle's installation takes between 30 minutes and an hour per vehicle. You get that data flowing in and it, you know, it's flowing in from the moment that it's installed moving forward. So, really, it does not take much time. It's you know, it can be as little or as long as you need as a customer, and then we can also provide resources to help support you through that onboarding process. Perfect. Is the cost based on number of trucks I have, or is it a flat fee? Yeah. So it it's gonna be a, contracted price per unit, so per vehicle per month, and then that's going to vary based on your fleet size. So, you know, we've got a different, pricing structure for small, medium, large enterprise, and strategic fleets, but it's always gonna be based on the number of trucks. Now the advantage there is that does gives you unlimited users. So if you have a lot of administrators or multiple drivers, that doesn't affect the monthly that you'll you'll the pay for our service. It's just going to be based on the number of actual telematics devices in trucks rolling on the roads. Okay. Another question from Craig. When you get an email alert due to the threshold you set by clicking on the email, will you get will it take you to Motive platform, or will you have to go into the platform then open up the alert? Yeah. So if you get an email alert, there is a hyperlink that will take you back to the Motive platform. You've gotta be logged in to the Motive platform. If not, it'll take you to the login page. But, yeah, there is a hyperlink within the email that will take you into your platform to the order. How do the side cameras work assuming the record is similar to the cap unit? Spectacularly well. Any other question? No. Just kidding. So the side cameras are essentially independent cameras. They have their own AI processors on them. They have their own connectivity, so they don't have to be wired directly to your, vehicle gateway installed in the cab of the truck. But when the vehicle is in motion, they are constantly recording, just like your road and driver facing cameras, feeding that information to the cloud, and then we're syncing that with events, that are recognized via your vehicle gateway or your AI dash cams in the in the cab of the truck. That way if you do have an event, you know, a heartbreak or an accident or you wanna go pull historical video, you'll have the side camera video available, with that event, just as if it were the road or the driver facing cameras. And what is the maximum number of cameras you can put on the truck? We haven't found out yet. Let's put lock on. Now, typically, I mean, there there's really not a maximum, an upper threshold. You know, I would say in our, you know, typical scenario. Maybe your road facing, your driver facing a left, right, and rear, Omnicam, so call it 5 cameras. But as far as a, an upper limit, I don't believe that's really been set. Great. Is there a plan to include side cameras, or is it an add on, in all our situations? Yeah. Right right now, the side cameras are an add on in all applications. They can also be stand alone as well under certain circumstances, but, yeah, it is an add on, feature. Awesome. And do you have local support reps? Not only do we have local, we have global as well. So, yes, we do have local support, but one of the advantages that Motive does bring is we do have 24 hour support that follows the sun. So if it's after hours, your driver's stuck at a weigh station and he's having a an issue with his log, for instance, he can call our customer support, and that will automatically route route him to an open call center so he doesn't have to wait for resolution until morning while he's sitting stuck, you know, down at a truck stop, for instance. So 24 hour follow the sun support, plus we do have local support as well. Awesome. Great. Well, I think we answered all the questions, and we're right on time, rarely happened. Thank you so much, Michael, for joining and answering the question. Some something I forgot to mention is that, folks, you can use the get started button on on the top butter bar. What we give today is a overall high level intro demo, but we wanted to talk to you about your specific challenges and see how Motive can help you solve them just like how Michael helps answer these, questions. But we can do that, live on a call 101. So, please see that button, and one of our members will reach out to you to coordinate time. Thank you. Thank you. Appreciate the time, everybody. Yep.
